I’m an unabashed Putin fan - if only because he knows how to win respect. Kerry is the guy who threw his medals over the wall in the 60s and accused America of acting like Genghis Khan in Vietnam.
Putin has read Kerry and has contempt for him. Whatever you can say about the merits of what Russia is doing in Ukraine, Putin has no time for the flapdoodle nonsense spouted by Kerry that great powers are supposed to be decadent, flabby and weak.
I just love the sight of Kerry being hoist on Putin’s petard.
