They already do swat raids in numerous other states in the NE for improperly registered firearms. Why wouldn’t they do it this case?

Good point. Now that I think about it, they also do raids in CA if you have registered and become “ineligible”. I stand corrected and even more disturbed.

I’m torn. The people after whom they would be going are of a different number, a different mindset, motivation, etc, than folks who are currently the target of confiscatory raids. We have seen that we’re no longer a nation of laws, but men, so I have to think the statists consider that when they order their JBTs to do their bidding.

Because they have no way of knowing WHO owns a banned rifle - except, of course, for the ones that registered.
