Well, De Blasio was overwhelming elected by NY’ers, so I only feel sympathy for those voters who saw him for what he is. Any one who cast a ballot for that fool deserves what they are getting now and can get stuffed, as far as I am concerned.

The bad part for the rest of us is, those folks fleeing to Florida are likely to retain their liberal ways when they finish relocated, further pushing one reliably red Florida further into Purplish Blue.

*sigh*

He was overwhelmingly elected by the 20% who bothered to vote. But it did seem to be his turn.

There is a logic disconnect in your statement. One can not assume those rich folks leaving voted for the communist.

Actually, it was those who wanted to share the rich peoples wealth that voted for the communist.

Having listened to Rush all these years, one wonders how the rich can escape the taxes. If they maintain an income stream derived in NYC they will be followed to Florida by the NYC tax thieves. Rush apparently gets audited every year and has ceased going to the city at all in order to hold the tax harassers at bay.

Reliably red? Florida went to Obama the last two elections.
