Obama Must Go
Townhall.com ^ | 3-3-2014 | John Ransom

As Obama moves from one disaster to the next disaster, it’s clear that he’s lacking the support from citizens here at home, is viewed skeptically by people abroad, and lacks the respect from foreign leaders that the Great Seal of the United States should confer on any president.

“A CBS News/ New York Times poll out tonight find only 40% of Americans are satisfied with the presidency of Barack Obama,” reported CBS News last week. “59% say they're disappointed.”

Only 59 percent? What’s wrong with these people?

Obama’s been beaten on Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and now in Ukraine.

He’s made enemies of allies such as Israel, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

Europe, for the second time since the Prague Spring, is hearing the goosestep march of Russian troops in Europe under the leadership of their new Man of Steel, Vlad the Impaler Putin, as Russians tear apart the Ukraine.

Under Obama’s leadership Russia has begun to sweep up the scattered pieces of their old, lost, iron empire.

And for those who think that Russia is just going into their own back garden, use Google to find out what that means.

Obama, according to our friends over at the Weekly Standard, in response has skipped another national security meeting.

This is how wars start, people.

And just because it won’t happen next week or next year, doesn’t mean I won’t eventually tell you I told you so. Although you’ll probably have died in a thermonuclear blast by then, so I won’t have the satisfaction of you hearing me.

And I’m only slightly joking.

Are we in the United States more secure or less secure than we were six years ago?

Less secure, and it’s growing more acute by the day.

“I think Putin is playing chess,” says Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI), chair of the House Intelligence Committee, “and I think we're playing marbles.”

Almost.

That would be true, but we have lost our marbles a long time ago.

Because Obama’s brand of bungling isn’t limited to foreign affairs, although our problems overseas will be harder to repair than the ones at home.

Before the newest “Greatest Crisis Ever” Obama created in the Ukraine, he was still mired in the multi-year botched attempt at implementing the newest “Worst Legislation Ever” in Obamacare.

Prior to that, he was administering the “Worst Recovery Ever,” after squandering the “Most Money Ever” on stimulus programs that did not stimulate anything.

If John McCain in 2008 had produced a commercial pointing out the real missteps, the incompetence and pure overall stupidity that we have witnessed from this administration for the last six years, Oprah Winfrey would have said “He’s just saying that because Obama is black.”

Which gets us to the question: How on earth did a great nation elect such a strange, unqualified and incompetent man president of the United States, twice?

And no, it’s not because he’s black.

It’s because the GOP is stupid.

The GOP is still more interested hassling their own, than they are in beating Obama.

If Republican National Chairman Reince Priebus and the RNC spent more time worrying about Obama and less time worrying about Sen. Ted Cruz and Lt. Col. Allen West, perhaps they wouldn’t have been bested in 2012.

For all the faux handwringing that the establishment went through about Cruz’ filibuster on Obamacare, he was right, and they were wrong.

It’s time to get stern, to get hardened and to stop playing prevent defense.

It’s time the GOP told the truth: This has been the worst administration in the history of the Republic, and it’s past time for Obama and his enablers* to go.

* enablers to include, but not limited to:

Hillary Clinton

Harry Reid

Nancy Pelosi

John Kerry

Bill Clinton

Jack Lew

The EPA

The Department of Energy

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell (This one's personal)

Arne Duncan

The Department of Education

Most of NASA

Department of Homeland Security

The IRS

The Import/Export Bank

HUD

Fannie and Freddie

The Federal Reserve Bank

George Soros

Warren Buffett

Not as scary as the idiot who currently holds the title, and the damage he will inflict over the next 2.5 years!

Just to add to your excellent observations: I wish Romney had not be afraid to attack Obama. I don’t think he had the fire in the belly to really want to win.

We will NEVER be rid of Obama.

The first “Black” president will NEVER be removed from office(impeached).

If and when he leaves office, (of his own free will), the media will still treat him as THE president, and will run to him FIRST, on every issue of the day for his opinion, no matter who the “actual” president is.

This (girly) man is an evil supported by Satan himself. NSA***** DID YOU GET THAT????, I digress. How this evil man rose to power and hangs on to it is not possible without some powerful help. We know it’s not God. (God would not support a gay, pro-abort, Muslim).

That was a mistake he made, but no one can deny he would have made a president we could be proud of

Whether it was Romneys intention or not, it appeared to me that his ‘job’ was to destroy any opposition, especially anyone anywhere near being linked to the ‘TEA Party’.

After destroying all of his R challengers, he just morphed back into the same lib that did the same thing against Kennedy in MA....his apparent reward then was Gov, guess even as dumb as they are, the libs figured if he got a peachy ambassadorship or Cabinet Position it would be a little obvious...BUT recently obvious BS doesn’t phase them.

Even the WashPost had an editorial (headline) that BO foreign policy was/is some kind of fantasy...quoting Lurch on one of the Stephie(??) show that whatever Russia did was either last century or middle ages type tactics.

I didn’t ‘read’ the whole story even though I do ‘take’ the WashPo FREE epaper, I will NOT open an article...

"Which gets us to the question: How on earth did a great nation elect such a strange, unqualified and incompetent man president of the United States, twice?"

How? Because, we have too many IDIOTS who voted for Zero because "he's better than Romney". These are the SAME IDIOTS who refuse to do anything about Zero because they're "afraid" of Joe Biden stepping in as President. These IDIOTS continue to condone the MALICIOUS, INCOMPETENT AND INSANE person who occupies the Oval Office, and all his minions. If there EVER was a right time for revolution...........

He would have been a very good placeholder, someone that could be nudged into the right direction by Congress. It would have been imperative that we gave him a very conservative leaning congress.

Regardless he would have been better than the US hating muslim we have currently.

Campaigning against fellow citizens (groups, not individuals) is not presidential and until Clinton, was something candidates didn’t do. You never attack the citizens you are supposed to represent and Romney tried not to do this. When you become president, you represent the entire country not just those that agree with you. That was the POV until Clinton, who polarized this country beyond repair IMO. They wrote the book that Rove used and later was used by Obama’s campaign with such effectiveness.

And they ridiculed Palin for saying almost that exact same thing.

I thought Romney was horrible and he definitely spent more of his time trying to destroy other GOPers than attacking Obama. However, once he was the candidate, we all had the responsibility to support him, but many people seem to have kept on with their fantasy perfect candidate, hoping against hope that Romney would vanish from the face of the earth and “their” candidate would sweep in.

Even if I don’t like the candidate himself, I keep in mind the fact that he brings with him a host of appointments and advisers, some of whom may actually be good and any of whom would be better than any Dem. So the important thing is to get the party into office, regardless of the shortcomings of a particular candidate.

I went and worked the polls and did other things, even though I didn’t like Romney, because I thought the important thing was to get Obama out and to get the GOP in. I doubt that Romney would have made a great president or even a particularly good one, but he or anybody would have been better than Obama or any Dem.

As long as the rats have control of the senate that arrogant pos occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave will not be removed from Office, even if the House impeaches him. This btw is a hint

I’d say Obama has immunized himself quite effectively. When incompetent, surround yourself with incompetence!

Well said. The last part is very scary. To think the CPUSA is behind that idiot and what is in the Ukraine is scary.
