Why do you think she was dead? Perhaps you are confusing her with another case.
I must continue to quote the Reverend.
“..Stay out the Bushes”
This must be a joke. He is worthless.
I never read the specific amount of life insurance he collected; the media must have considered that “private”. Millions of “Americans” hated Terri Schiavo even as they were ignorant of her true condition. Jebbie was doing the bidding of these masses.
When TX votes for George P. tomorrow, the media may show that as an endorsement of Jebbie for 2016.
A mistake in names, yes, but not a philosophical one. Our little Republican primary voters are nearly as stuck on liberalism as their Democrat cousins.
Jeb Bush is deluding himself if he believes he can win the White House in 2016, even if he can obtain the GOP nomination as a well-funded GOP-E candidate vs. multiple conservatives. The Terri Schiavo matter has ruined any claim of being pro-life so social conservatives will be lukewarm. Other conservatives will at best support him as tepidly as they did McCain and Romney. A Tea Party supported third party candidacy is possible. A Libertarian Party candidate could win several million votes.
I think the nation has strong Obama fatigue. I think people in some ways like Obama (how I don't know) but they also see the guy as incompetent. Obama gets low marks on the economy and almost every single thing that requires skill and competence. I think Hillary represents more of the same Obama no matter how they may try and dress her up and disguise her.
Hillary does have a built in base of support and certainly the corrupt MSM will go to bat for her. But, I question if the corrupt MSM will be as ardently in her corner as they were for Obama. Obama is a Marxist. Obama is black. The corrupt MSM acts as his armor. The corrupt MSM will support Hillary, just not to the extent they put their thumb on the scale for Obama.
Yes, I know the Bush name is an anathema to most of the 47%, but I think there is in fact a secret longing for the competence of George Bush. I think JEB represents that sense of stability and competence in spades and I think right now the American people absolutely crave competence, stability, skill, and an adult in charge. I think JEB may represent that.
Hillary is old, not a good campaigner. Not a good speaker. Not an inspirational mover of people like Obama. I also think the American people will look long and hard at upstarts. I'm not sure there is much of a stomach to go with another untested, unknown candidate.
I'm not a JEB guy, but the more I think about it the more I think he will get in the race and if he does he will be quite formidable.
Considering that a survey just weeks ago still show 50% of the responders blaming brother George W for the current economic problems, the Bush name remains toxic.
Let Jeb run and get it out of his system. He might be facing some other GOPElites — Christie, Romney, etc.
Subtitle: A way to guarantee another scum-of-the-earth Demonrat will be elected President in 2016.
I think I remember a song about three times a loser. GOP will once again have a middle of the road do nothing liberal for us slaves and stupid to vote for. No thanks I think I will set this one out!
“many Republicans desperately want the former Florida governor to get in the race.”
Make that “many Big Government, Amnesty Loving Squishes” want the former Florida governor to get in the race.
i’ll sit out the vote for President if that bastard runs!
The RINOs don't believe you. Half of FR said that about McCain and Romney, yet most of us shrugged our shoulders, shilled out campaign donations and knocked doors in the end...
Conservatives are all talk and no action.
The 2016 presidential election is Jeb Bushs now-or-never-moment.

Hey, Jeb, we vote for “never”.
Good grief! This writer must have been paid by the Bush campaign to write this junk.
Make that many Big Government, Amnesty Loving Squishes want the former Florida governor to get in the race.

Bingo!
Yeah.
I have posted many times: voting for the same will not produce a different result.
Conservatives have had that problem since early in this century. They keep voting for the same ‘R’ guys, and then complain that the ‘R’ guys keep moving leftward in Congress.
Most of the ‘R’ guys in Washington would rather maintain the status quo than have conservatives/Tea Party factions upset their money troughs.
Great. The Dems are cheering.
Don’t forget that the important thing is to get the GOP - as a party - back into power. This will involve some marginal people and will probably, even if inadvertently, get some good people among the appointments and hiring an administration has to do.
I thought Romney was awful and it literally made me angry to have to vote for him, but still, I voted for him and I also worked the polls as usual. Focus on the objective, which is to get the Dems out and purge the government of Obama’s influence. Any GOPer is going to be better than any Dem.
