Being so cold, I feel the lazy dims will stay home today. Our precinct is about 75% Republican and had heavy early turnout.
Garde la Foi, mes amis! Nous nous sommes les sauveurs de la République! Maintenant et Toujours!
(Keep the Faith, my friends! We are the saviors of the Republic! Now and Forever!)
LonePalm, le Républicain du verre cassé (The Broken Glass Republican)
It’s a good phrase and in this case entirely appropriate.
I just did so ....
I’m hoping it’s the relatively R LIVers who stay home.. those likely to vote Cornyn. Am I correct that this weather will benefit TEA the most?
This ice thaw is louder and longer-lasting than the actual precipitation last night!
Cool beans!
I will work for STOVALL in the runoffs!
Lol...and he’s fighting hard against 0bamaCare, just for you.
Maybe the older Pubbies will stay home, due to weather. They’re the only ones I know that would vote for Cornball.
I knew I wasn’t voting for Cornyn, so it was between Stockman and Stovall. At early voting on Friday, I clicked in Stovall. Husband voted for him, too.
Wouldn’t it be something if that Mexican Low altered the course of this years’ mid-terms? to our favor?
Six hours, 40 minutes and counting down.... I hope Travis Co doesn’t extend the closing time since they opened 4 hours late, too tempting for losing candidates to crank up some shenanigans.
YAY!!
Remember Goliad!
Remember the Alamo!
Right after the latest knife in the back that McCornyn gave to TED CRUZ (Raising the Debt Ceiling....AGAIN), I called the Washington Office of John Wayne McCornyn and told them in no uncertain terms that TEXAS was lucky to have NOT had someone like him at the Alamo or at San Jacinto. They didn’t hang up on me, so I’ll give his staff credit for that.
Yes, yes. Remember that name: John Wayne McCornyn.
He’s just like you.
In other news...the Obama’s are vaycaying in the Keys this weekend.
There goes the neighborhood!
