Why does he want to be a Republican?

He actually wants this amnesty, even if it costs him his speakership.

How much money did Obama offer Boehner at their White House meeting last week?

Talk about delusional. Where was he in the fight for the good German homeschooling family no doubt spending a small fortune and sweating out a verdict?

Raising kids in that atheistic Deutschland is too much to bear

If you come in and plead guilty and pay a fine, that’s not amnesty.

Yeah, they'll pay a fine. Somehow I imagine the IRS will deduct it from their EITC and child credits. Or, there will be a refundable credit for the fine. It is amnesty you f'ing moron.

I have yet to hear a RINO explain how it is in our national interests to grant amnesty. I at least would like to hear one of them make the effort, regardless of how ridiculous that effort would make them look.

In 2014, the GOP STILL ignores Gov. Palin,
supports Romney, and through Boehner and McConnell
they support Obama and his insane policies.

THE GOP = GIVE OBAMA POWER.

House Speaker John Boehner (R?-OH) said that he wants to get amnesty legislation done this year even as he [lied] that the immigration reform he and President Barack Obama discussed in their White House meeting was not "amnesty."

Boehner also [lied] that providing illegal immigrants a pathway to citizenship, which the Congressional Budget Office determined would lower the wages of American workers, is not amnesty. “Some want to call it amnesty,” Boehner [lies]. “I reject that premise... If you come in and plead guilty and pay a fine, that’s not amnesty.”

Amnesty RINO.

Ugh!

There are not “two classes” of people here, unless you accept a premise that our laws mean nothing, that illegal presence takes precedence over the law.

There are people who are here legally.

That is the only “class” of people the law recognizes as having any lawful standing. Anyone else does not have legal standing to be here.

THAT IS NOT AN ERROR IN THE LAW, it is ONLY an error in LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Enforce the law and people here illegally will self deport.

What needs to get done is to get Boehner out of the leadership position. Preferably out of Congress all together.

Obama said he would not sign a bill that does not have a pathway to citizenship in it or that creates two classes of people in the United States

Right again, Marlowe. Any plan that has workers in the US who can be here legally but never have the right to pursue citizenship is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Scotus will decide that someone who is subjugated throughout his life only to work but never to participate is some form of serfdom or slavery.

Any law that deals with illegal immigrants -- other than deportation -- is a backdoor way to get amnesty, even if it takes the judiciary to declare it.

John Boehner is a one-man destruction derby for the GOP and RNC.

He's a wannabe democrat - nowhere near a republican.
