The judge does not have to allow this. He can still force the prosecutor to pay. In addition the bar in florida does not have to listen to either judge or the parties and can prosecute the prosecutor as a licensing issue. (see nifong)

(btw don’t laught too hard about the bar caring about justice)

Why does he have to give up on his cases against prosecutorial misconduct if he wants to sue NBC?
