White House: Only President Obama can change Obamacare

The White House late Tuesday said President Obama would veto a House bill that would delay for a year the individual mandate in the president´s health care law. The House Rules Committee was set to debate the measure at a 5 p.m. meeting, setting it up for a floor vote as early as Wednesday. The bill isn´t likely to pass the Senate, however, since Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., usually keeps from the floor anything the White House opposes.
