Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Wednesday called Russian President Vladimir Putin a "tough guy with a thin skin" and said he is "squandering the potential" of Russia with his aggressive posture in Ukraine.

"I know we are dealing with a tough guy with a thin skin," she said during a speech at UCLA, citing her experiences with Putin during her time at the State Department.

"I know that his political vision is of a greater Russia," she added. "I said when I was still secretary that his goal is to re-Sovietize Russia’s periphery, but in the process he is squandering the potential of such a great nation, the nation of Russia, and threatening instability and even the peace of Europe."

Having a strategy in dealing with Russian or for that matter Chinese ambitions would be better than name calling.

Good point. We need answers and leadership, and she offers, to paraphrase, "Putin has a thin skin, na, na, nana, na".

Almost like they need a war to help erase the mess they created.

Hmmmm ... that would remove a hell of a lot of their voters from the rolls.

Oh, wait -- if we got into a nuclear war, they could declare an "emergency" (having nothing to do with the real emergency) and start rounding up and shooting Tea Party people. Then they wouldn't need those 'Rat hordes after all.

Overall we have a Dem party too stupid to remember to wipe, and a GOP to cowardly or in collusion to do anything about it. On the other side of the sea we have Putin who cares not a whit what wither think as they have shown nothing but weakness to him.

So once we are humiliated enough, we will either just bend over further or some people will have to stand up and lead. Them’s the choices.

Not as far fetched considering Ayres wanted to to basically that sans the nukes. And he is a ‘close advisor’.

Yes, Hillary, tell us something we don't know.

The problem we have, Houston, is that when Putin gets angry, you won't like what he does.

And with YOUR president, Obama, and your feckless foreign policy, and Hagel's decimation of the military for political correctness reasons, guess what happens next?

Do you REALLY want to run on your "record", Mrs. Clinton?

When Clinton was secretary, she gave her counterpart an ‘Overcharge’ button. How immature. More facility lounge diplomacy.

According to Drudge, “Clinton compares Putin to Hitler.”

In response, I’ll bet that Putin compares Clinton to Hitler.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. The Hildabeast has the thin-est skin in DC. If she could do it, she would have anyone that criticizes her horsewhipped. She is a serious grudge holder.

Hillary Clinton Calls Putin ‘A Tough Guy With Thin Skin’

Putin would take that as a compliment.

He is a tough guy.
Proved it over and over again.

He has a thin skin, being a natural blond, contrary to Hillary.

What else is new?

No, Ayers the Weatherman wanted to round up and shoot Norman Rockwell's America, and especially the educated professionals, not the pullulating mobs that infest the inner cities, or the gilt-edged bohemians who live in Tribeca and SoHo.

Exactly so. She's mental when it comes to holding grudges.

Yeah! That’ll fix him. She sure put him in his place. Now let’s get back to talking about the minimum wage and how the “rich” aren’t paying their “fair share.”
