Cummings' STUNT was designed to change the media's headline for the hearing from "Lerner pleads the Fifth" to "Outburst at IRS hearing"..

I would not be surprised if Cummings had orders from the WH to divert the media's attention away from WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED AT THE HEARING.

This was a "What difference does it make" moment where a person SHOUTS and everyone forgets what happened prior to that.

DO A GOOGLE SEARCH FOR "IRS hearing" and nearly all the results are as follows:
