I don’t trust this report. I have a friend who is Russian & is an English teacher in Russia & has been speaking English for 25 years. I will have him watch idea & give detailed translation. I do.tt believe Putin would be dumb enough to say such a thing publicly, not do I believe that is a Russian war strategy in 2014.
