And if the climate doesn’t change after they spend all night talking, will they repeat doing it the next night?

Barbara Boxer should not be filibustering in the middle of the night. That poor dear needs her beauty sleep, and plenty of it.
All they have to do is present scientific data that complies with the normal scientific standards, to be recognized. This is the only area of science that I know of that has selfexpemted itself from normal and universal scientific standards.

At least 28 Senate Democrats plan to spend hours Monday night and early Tuesday speaking on the Senate floor in a push for congressional action on climate change.
So the same MORONS that gave us Obamacare, a law they did not read and one that is causing more harm then good,think they can pass a law that will have any effect on Mother Nature! Control climate change all over the planet? Someone has big egos!
