“Doesn’t look very deep there. Recovery of the black boxes shouldn’t be too difficult.”

Looks to be a large area of 50 to 60 meter depth. Problem is that the bottom is covered in deep silt. The wreckage could be fragmented and covered. If that is the case, I hope the emergency beacons can transmit effectively.

Anyone remember this crash? If it weren’t for witnesses, the wreckage may never have been found. Once discovered, alligators presented a recovery danger to the investigators and had been feeding on the dead.
