Russia reportedly may stop fulfilling arms treaty commitments following Ukraine crisis

Russia may stop fulfilling arms treaty commitments and block U.S. military inspections from checking its nuclear weapons in response to Washington's move to suspend military cooperation with Moscow, Russian agencies reported Saturday citing an unnamed official in Russia's defense ministry.

The official said that threats from U.S. and North Atlantic Treaty Organization directed toward Russia are perceived as "an unfriendly gesture" and allow the country "to declare force majeure conditions."

The official said that inspection of nuclear weapons is based on trust and Moscow can't have bilateral contacts with the U.S. as the latter has de facto announced sanctions against Russia.

Earlier this week Washington suspended military cooperation with Russia following dissent over the situation in Ukraine. U.S. President Barack Obama signed an executive order to impose sanctions against people...

It is easy for all of you to criticize Clown Prince nobama, but, remember...he has many challenges trying to shoot par, attend his next weekly party in the white hut and plan his next vacay. Give him some understanding for the stress he must feel.

Of course Putin, a former KGB officer and present commander-in-chief of Rusiian intelligence services, knows just what kind of intelligence asset and foreign or triple intelligence agent Obama has been and currently remains for perhaps some combination of Soviet/Russian, Saudi, Pakistani, and/or CIA interests.
