That’s an M2 Steel Treadway Pontoon Bridge. You can see the pontoons floating on the river. It’s an updated version of bridges used in the Civil War.

The Bailey Bridge is a prefabricate truss bridge design to span much shorter gaps than shown here. Bailey bridges do not touch the water.
