I don’t think a reference to those who refuse to learn from history is simple minded. I do sense worship of Godvernment in your posts though. I hope we can respectfully disagree. I have known 5 cops in my life. Two of the cops seemed OK and I did not know of anything wrong they had done. The other three cops were terrible people and two got caught and just got fired instead of what would be hard prison time if I did it. So my experience says better than 50% chance a cop is a crook. I wish that was not so.
I believe no such preposterous suggestion. Officers have been enforcing unconstitutional laws on a daily basis for decades. I DON'T LIKE IT ONE BIT, but if you leave the decision of the constitutionality of a law to the discretion of each officer then we will have no law or constitution.
I think I see the problem here.
Do the officers take an oath which mentions the Constitution?

I have known a couple of hundred. And the percentage of bad cops is nearer to 1% than to 50%.

So we should roll over and accept tyranny from our civil servants that we are forced to pay. I want them to be held accountable at least 100% as much as I am forced to be. Today that is far from the case. People who shoot tyrants teach other govies that it is not good to be a tyrant. There should be laws that constrain the govies...WAIT, there is, the Bill of Rights.

If you are arguing against the unlawful confiscations of guns then SAY SO! Don’t post a nonsensical question about about what I might have done in a different lifetime or country.
I firmly believe that every member of DHS, IRS, DOJ, IRS, local and state LEOs addresses should be available in a quick and easy way to the citizenry.
