“I’ve always said Putin is a ruthless cold-blooded s.o.b.”

So is our President. Don’t believe me, ask Moochelle.

Good timing, what with America’s crooked president obsessing over his mission to spread homosexuality, destroy the military, and hobble the economy with Marxist restrictions even while raising taxes on society’s producers in order to purchase votes from the indigent with brainless health plans and other high-priced crap.

Putin’s no fool; he knows America’s in the sh*tter and the time to move is now.

If you think Putin is so swell, would you like to live under him. I mean would you consider relocating to Russia?

"Attempts to reach spokespeople at the U.S. State and Defense Departments went unanswered Monday due to weather concerns."

What? How does that work? The world's hyperpower shuts down because of a little snow?

Sabotage them then. Every damned facility. But not under this president. Will never happen. All unofficial. Unless rogue pro teams internationally financed by anticommunist HNWI’s get involved. There are men who are up to the task.

So what is Putin planning on putting in these overseas bases?

I believe that Obama was “created” and supported by Russia with a mostly sole intent of holding back US intervention while Russia destabilizes key Central American countries, and then offers “aid” which we all know is occupation and control.

I would not be surprised if Obama announces he is going on his Top 100 Golfing vacation tour.

"Gee, thank goodness those bloodthirsty neocons aren't in the oval office any longer"

Evidently, being a neocon disqualifies one from being prez. At least it did in 08 and 12

But, back in 2011, Bill Kristol proclaimed Obama to be a "born again NeoCon".

I am of two minds on this. On the one hand Russian hardware so close to the US is disturbing. On the other hand watching the Russians wade into political sloughs of Cuba Vevezuela and all of the corruption and criminality there could be rewarding as it will sap the Russians money and energy

I read the first few comments about the bases in the Caribbean and South America. I immediately thought of Jack Nicholson in Guantanamo.
I thought ya’ll got it wrong. Ya see Obama and Biden are on those vacations in Key West and The Virgin Islands because, “You want me on that wall”

I’m sorry I busted out laughing thinking of that.

I don’t think Putin is swell. If I were a whistleblower revealing secrets of the police state tyranny of the NSA, I’d consider moving to Russia. We had it all and we lost it. You think losers should be rewarded? Next you’ll try to convince me that we play fair. That “fairness” is why Putin will have no problem finding military bases in Latin America and Africa.

I’m not sure how our having it all means that Putin should be able to take over a nearby country. Using that logic, the UK could retake the Republic of Ireland, and many other examples come to mind. Actually, whatever is wrong with the USA is something we should fix, not become so cynical or pessimistic that we’re willing to see an expansionistic autocrat gobbling up neighboring counties to assuage his Mussolini-like ego. America - for good and for bad - is about the struggle to make itself better. Quitting and whining about how we had it all is frankly unmanly and another sign that you might be happier as a leftist.

You’d better not try it, Putin! - Because if you do, Barack Obama will give a speech expressing “deep concern” about your actions!

>>I’m not sure how our having it all means that Putin should be able to take over a nearby country.

Has our CIA ever engineered a coup in Latin America? Putin is just playing by our rules.

>>Using that logic, the UK could retake the Republic of Ireland, and many other examples come to mind.

They never left Northern Ireland.

>>Actually, whatever is wrong with the USA is something we should fix, not become so cynical or pessimistic that we’re willing to see an expansionistic autocrat gobbling up neighboring counties to assuage his Mussolini-like ego.

Conservatives cannot fix what is broken with their present mentality, period. Conservative is obsolete in principle in a rapidly evolving electronic world where it is better to be well informed than to possess any sort of ideology. I’m voting for the Better Informed Party.

>>America - for good and for bad - is about the struggle to make itself better.

Yes, certainly, but we didn’t make it better, we made it worse...we didn’t learn from our mistakes and we don’t apply what we know. We don’t think for ourselves based upon raw data. Republicans became the party of Empire rather than remaining the Party of Lincoln.

>>Quitting and whining about how we had it all is frankly unmanly and another sign that you might be happier as a leftist.

That comment is no different than Obamaites accusing any critic of racism. The Wall St. banking elite rubber stamp Republican Party is obsolete. Clinging to it is like a drowning man clinging to an anvil.

Why don’t you join the far left since you’ve their critique and you’re not manly or brave enough to face the horribly tough demands of being on the right? When did you first think you were a conservative, or do you? I ask because for me things were much more daunting when I began to push back against lefties. In those days I argued with Marxist and Communist saying America was all bad and the Soviets were all good. Now, surprisingly, I deal with philistines like you who are so world weary and scared that you want to give up to the crackpot narcissist Putin just because we’ve another Carter in charge. Man up if you can.
