Hospital Ships floating just out of territorial waters.

Maybe Cuba can actually get a great Health Care System for tourists.

A number of the Caribbean countries have changed their laws and tax codes to attract expatriate American doctors.

“Hospital Ships floating just out of territorial waters.”

Offshore medical care and hospital ships will be coming. However, in the event of an emergency (auto accident, heart attack, stroke) our medical care will be determined by government rules at the local emergency room. If you have a massive heart attack at home it won’t matter if you can get first class care in the Cayman Islands. If the bureaucrat decides you can’t have the heart valve, stent, or transplant on the spot in your own town, you won’t make it.
