They're bossy as little girls, and then they're aggressive, political, shrill, too ambitious as women."

Yes, entirely too many are bossy, then bitchy ...

Banning words and engaging in political correctness won't change that fact, nor will it change peoples' awareness of it. If girls/women don't want to be thought of as "bossy", or "bitchy", or whatever other unflattering term then they should learn to avoid the offensive behavior which the unflattering term describes.

"They're bossy as little girls, and then they're aggressive, political, shrill, too ambitious as women."

This statement is illustrative of female privilege in modern America.

Women are not held to the same standards of behavior as men and can get away outrageous outbursts and actions.

Here's a little secret for everyone: Leaders are born, not made. If someone is a leader, they lead and others naturally follow.

People, men and women both, will not follow someone who is dismissive, abusive or untrustworthy.

Most women do not have the demeanor for leadership, just like most men. Just turns out that more women than men lack that stable demeanor.

Put 15 girls and 15 boys on a play field and ask them to organize a team to get something, anything done. Then walk away without further direction and observe.

It'll tell you everything you need to know about our wonderful, God-given differences.
