They are trained to believe they are “better” than us.
And THAT will be their demise. PROOF???? I've had a lot of LEO's "private" guns in my shop through-out theses years I've been a "Smith", and when it came time to return a repaired one I've been astounded at their lack of "marksmanship" when they stepped out to my range and test fired it/them. I'm not saying all of them, but there are a lot that only shoot once a year to qualify. Of course SWAT teams are a horse of a different color,,,, they DO shoot a lot. But when non LEO folks buy guns it's to either hunt or defend themselves. To do either you must be proficient. These are your marksman/women

But are you willing to die for it?
Well let me ask you this my friend,,,, are you willing to live under a tyrannical dictator? Krystalnacht should have taught the world a valuable lesson.

UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL

I did not say they WERE better than us. I said they are trained to BELIEVE they are better than us.

I have done business with a ton of cops. I have CT State Police in my family. They are fine guys. When you are on their side. When they are working, they are pricks.

I understand when you pull over a gang bangers car, you have to take a stance. But, when you pull over a middle aged man or woman in an SUV and it is clear they are not a threat (and that is determined pretty quickly) you can stop the tough guy act.

I know they are lousy shots. I know they are, most of the time, just doing the job that parents should do.

But, I know that too many of them really, really like their “power.”

I don’t live in CT. I would not have registered. I live in a state with similar restrictions. I live within the laws. I have “illegal” equipment in my house. “They” would have a hard time finding it, and certainly not without a warrant.

I go to the range a couple of times a month. Its as much a “relaxation” thing as it is becoming a sharpshooter. The exercise of making a good shot is almost zen like. It takes relaxation, focus, and attention to detail. Muscle memory development takes practice.

I also have enough “power” experience in my life to project it when I have to. I am not easily intimidated. Especially by men who “have to think about sticking their chests out” to look tough. I am sure you know what I mean.

We already live under a tyrant. We have for a while. Our Congress is tyrannical. Our police systems are tyrannical.

I don’t see a lot of revolution going on.

The next few years will be interesting.
