Obamanomics Is Ticking Time Bomb For Millennial Generation
IBD ^ | Posted 06:52 PM ET | Salvator J Lamastrav

My generation — 80 million strong — is experiencing economic distress as a direct result of the failed leadership and policies of the Obama administration.

The economic purgatory into which millennials have been cast by Father Government is one of constant turmoil and statistical roadblock.

The unemployment rate for all Americans ticked up to 6.7% in February. But when it comes to millennials, the jobless numbers are far different. Youth unemployment now stands at a staggering 15.8%, and this doesn't even give the whole picture.

I wonder what percentage of Julia & Pajama Boy are truly disgruntled?

Most have spent a lifetime being educated by progressives and know more about “climate change” than the US Constitution.

Greed is still a powerful motivator though and there are enough vestiges of prosperity in the US for them to compare to.

GOP candidates

Read this carefully.

You have before you one of the biggest (albeit unheralded) campaign issues for the '14 and '16 elections.

Millennial unemployment (and hopelessness).

It is here, gift wrapped, with a bow.

Please use the above in speeches, campaign advertising, and debates.

(BTW, you should know this. )

What makes you think they want jobs? Even the “government” is telling them jobs aren’t necessary.

As I said on another thread, I will see it when I believe it. Do they want a good economy, or to smoke pot/gay marriage? Lets see what they do when they go to the polls (after getting up at noon from their bedroom in their parents basement, of course)

It will work out fine.

People never gain wisdom until the sh!t hits the fan. And then they gather it up like gold dust.

Obama is nothing but SHTF.

He is our catalyst to wisdom.

Obama is the death knell for liberalism. He is its idiot poster child. Grin, Obama...grin!

You have to wonder...at least I do...on the rare occasion when I wade into a lib conversation on this or that topic...whether the mental connection is made, or capable of being made, between who someone votes for and the actual real world result(s).

By that I mean, we are where we are because bumper-sticker depth thinking has prevailed, you know, voting for the guy who (says he) is for the little guy. This massive sentence incompletion thing...”yes, millions of people who never had healthcare before now have it (while millions who used to have it have been kicked off it) but we don’t complete that sentence.

One notices that the admin rarely seems to talk about foreign affairs which are pretty much an unmitigated and near world-wide trainwreck.

At some point, the need to punish GW Bush and call Sarah Palin stupid and Halliburton and Dick Cheney evil by voting for the people who keep chanting such things even as the results of electing those people is sheer economic misery will connect. All the Dems care about is that said realization comes in late November 2014 and they can get another few years of limo living on the taxpayer dime. Because those hearings in the Senate re: climate change....the audio from that pajama party is absolutely beyond inane. I am not surprised when the basement mommy’s boys talk about the Koch Bros and how those two people are the very root of every problem in the world....but to hear real Senators say that....it would be absurdly comical if it weren’t for the realization that these people are not only quite frequently re-elected, but that they are in charge of much of what goes on. (Sorry, I had to switch away from being terrified that Sarah Palin, if she were elected, would have used nukes on Russia over the Ukraine)

Good point. Obama & Co convince the millennial gen that job ‘lock’ is a bad thing.
whywork.org -CLAWS Creative Living Alternatives to Wage Slavery very popular in socialist countries.

Wake up! Whats happening is deliberate not the result of failed policies. Even a six year old (home schooled of course) would know that doing what they have been doing would bring this nation to its knees eventually.

The Republican Party should become the "Poetry" Party. If they win, they promise to purchase coffee and brownies for all participants in open mic poetry readings around the country. They'll also create tax breaks for paper and toner purchases and any other materials necessary for self-publishing poetry books.

The Millennials will love them!

They bought into his promises of hope and change but now they have to buy their dope with scrounged up change. I hope they aren't to stubborn or brain washed to realize how bad they were used and abused by obama and his rats. I'm sure there are some who are gluttons for punishment. They will stay on the plantation with millions of blacks who can't seem to live without an abusive master.

It'll never get used. Sad to say, but there are too many "conservatives" who plain don't care what happens to millennials - and to my generation, Generation X - and shunt us aside in favor of their own. I call it a mistake. Never ignore the Young Turks.

I’m shocked at how many young Americans don’t bother to vote; they are liberal to a fault, and ignorant as well. This potential source of votes is fading due to demographics and the fact that as more and more of them exhibit the symptoms of the urban hopeless (drug addiction, crime, etc.) many of them will lose their right to vote anyway. In talking to them, they refuse to believe their vote could ever make a difference; the leftist media targets Republican leaders (especially in media geared towards young people) to prevent anyone from unifying these potential Republican voters.

Think on what you said about bother.

Then think about voting. First, voting requires a decision. Then it requires effort to decide when to go vote. Then it requires a effort to actually get in a car and go. Then voting requires being uncomfortable because you don’t understand the place or the process.

Best course....... ignore it all.
