Anyone who lets themselves be salary or classified as “executive” is schmuck anyway who deserves not to be paid for their mandatory overtime.

I was one of those schmucks. I was a professional, barred by rules from getting overtime pay. Often put in 60 to 70 hour weeks, being on 24/7 call. I was allowed to bank compensatory time off, but was often refused requests to use the time, and carry-over limits saw me losing hundreds of banked hours every year. Frustrating, but my high salary versus what non-professionals earned eased the frustration. If Obama gets his way, professional and executive jobs will disappear because it will bankrupt companies.

I'd argue that the amount I make billing my overtime is higher, but it's a fruitless argument. :) To each his own, you know. I just won't do it that way.
If Obama gets his way, professional and executive jobs will disappear because it will bankrupt companies.
I don't disagree. Though there are some at my current employer I wouldn't mind seeing that happen to.
