One basketball player at Boston University said she felt so emotionally damaged by her coach she considered suicide.
Another player said the coach, Kelly Greenberg, treated her so poorly she sought mental health care. And two other players said Greenberg’s emotional abuse ruined their love of the sport.
All four women walked away from the BU women’s basketball team this academic year, an exodus that has renewed questions about Greenberg’s treatment of her student-athletes — and her future at the school.

If these girls had had my football coach for about fifteen minutes, their perspective would change dramatically.
If you’ve ever played sports, you can look back and realize that some of the coaches who gave you the roughest time actually made the greatest impact on your life.
These kids do not understand they were hired by the school to provide paid entertainment for the financial benefit of the school.
Wouldn’t have anything to do with sexual harassment, now, would it?

A quick (and not exhaustive) web search yielded no evidence that the coach is a lesbian; not that it would be news if a women's coach of player was.
There is an organization of lesbian college basketball coaches that plan a number of activities at the women’s Final Four every year.
They have also tried put a provision in the code of ethics that coaches cannot use the sexual orientation of coaches of other schools in recruiting.
Do google image serches for Sherri Coale at Oklahoma, or Kim Mulkey at Baylor, and compare them to the Boston University coach.
Don’t be surprised that lawsuits will be filed based on sexual harassment and the young ladies may be able to keep their scholorships without having to play basketball. Some womens BB coaches don’t like attractive straight girls, and the four of them fall into the attractive to beautiful range.
