Sebelius: ACA was paid for according to CBO saving 100B in first decade and more in the second decade.
Jenkins: It was not paid for it adds to the debt. Now that you have data it will add 6.2 Trillion to the debt. What have you proposed that will bring that into line?
Sebelius: I have no idea what the 6 trillion is based on.
Jenkins: You do know what the government accountability office is?
