I grew up in next door Bloomington in the 60s and 70s. It was a nice town then, and Eden Prairie was a mostly rural town.
East Bloomington has become an inner city sewer, but I thought West Bloomington and Eden Prairie were still in good shape as somewhat upscale suburban neighborhoods.
I am surprised to read that this happened in Eden Prairie
If they had committed this crime in the downtown area of Minneapolis it would hardly be mentioned in the news. Since they did it in the swanky suburb of Eden Prairie, at a very nice health club, they are going to get quite a bit more attention.
Somali pirates.
It figures.
Probably ELCA . . .
They kind of look Somali to me.
Gee, I wonder why COMMENTS don’t seem to be enabled by the Red Star for this story . . .
On business trips to Minneapolis I used to go to the Redstone there. Great music and food.
5 years ago I wouldn’t have known what a Somali looked like.
Now these are the kind of dogs I will never have a problem with being shot on the spot!

Showers?....Locker Room?
Really?
Although the media refuses to report certain facts about these stories, it seems that a very large percent of the population is VERY aware of the situation.
Last time I was in the Twin Cities I was simply astounded by the number of Somalis that had suddenly appeared.
Public showers and locker rooms, you are asking for it.
My Glock shoots when wet...;)
If you go into a mall in the Twin Cities, and you don’t see a sea of black head scarves, something is very wrong. Turn and run back to your car. They probably know something you don’t.
Idd admitted to police that he went into the locker room with the intent of robbing someone and punched the victim five or six times in the face.
