That’s like waving a red flag in front of a bull. It will have no practical effect and will only make the Crimeans even more determined to leave. Making a threat you can’t enforce is showing weakness. Does Kiev really think Moscow is going to dissolve its pet Parliament for them? Then its living in a dream world.
