RATS have no clue about what the Constitution is or what it is for. They have been bending it out of shape for so long that it has no meaning for them.
Well, they do know that it gets in their way some times.
They can’t even fathom the concept that it is intended to keep the government from oppressing the people,
because in their belief system such an idea can’t even happen.
