It's not the number of sign ups. It's the number of subsidized folks. The gov just plays dumb on that one.

I keep hearing that 15-25% of those enrolled haven’t paid yet. I suspect that number is closer to 33% for that crucial 18-35 age group.

Begs the question, will premiums skyrocket before or after the November elections?
