Rush said on his show today that he was going to invoke this to avoid the Obamacare penalty. (Rush doesn't have health insurance; he pays out-of-pocket.)
It is a huge loophole, but unfortunately I don't think it's big enough for Rush.
I’m sure they’re looking for any excuse to go after him.
But... I’m sure he’s got some top gun lawyers as well.
