Legalization of Marijuana is a States Rights issue, the Federal Government should have no say in it whatsoever.
As a Constitutional conservative, I believe the States can and should, respond to “We The People” whether it be good or bad in anyone’s personal opinion.
We have a voting box, lets use it wisely, within the States.
The Federal Government should be; and is constitutionally extremely limited in its power, to control the individual freedoms of an American.
I must have missed that part in the Constitution where the Government gets to decide what individuals ingest.
