Joycelyn Elders was a joke as Surgeon General, a medical doctor and now as the head of this so-called "independent commission" supporting another social experiment in our military.
Bill Clinton sure knew how to pick 'em.
Still, I kinda miss Joycelyn Elders. She could say some of the most stupid, hence entertaining things. Kinda like Sheila Jackson Lee with a medical license.
