I dont know if it is in the form of a treaty but the USA under three presidents promised the USA promised Ukraine if they disarmed we would protect them. The first was Bill Clinton promising protection if they gave up the nuclear weapons they had from the USSR days. Bush continued supporting the promise and Obamas stepped it up a notch assuring them if they downsize their conventional as well arsenal and military in general we would take care of them if Russia got out of line. The United States of America through 3 very corrupt presidents) lied repeatedly to get these people to basically give up their ability to defend themselves.
Something to be proud of. Tis is a country that cannot be trusted anymore, by anyone.

So....the Ukraines had the promises of three presidents but no signed ratified treaty. We should be worrying about our southern border and getting invaders out of the US, not Ukraine’s.
