Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth is just that. My father was born at home and did not have a birth certificate. When he entered first grade he had to have one, so his mother presented him to the issuing authority and stated when and where he was born and received a Certificate of Live Birth. It is simply a statement showing a person was born alive. The information entered is provided by the parent and signed as the truth. Obama cannot produce a bill from the hospital for the delivery charges. He cannot produce a time of birth or a name of the doctor who delivered him.

Not only that, but I recall reading a small news item not too long ago that the Hawaii state official who provided the latest version of Obama’s COB was killed in a car accident within the past year. How convenient.
