Any responsible supplier of lowers or of other firearms-related items will delete/shred/burn all records that they are not required by law to keep and will relocate any records they are required to keep to secure storage that will be hard to raid or even to locate. Keep mailing lists but don't differentiate between those who purchased a mega-pack of lowers and those who purchased a hat.
