It has velcro on it and ties around he neck like a horse blanket.
I got it at a yard sale. The only problem is that they spelled “Lynn-dah” wrong.
It says “Linda”. Oh well.
LOL.
We can’t get our dog to wear one of those. She acts like it gets in the way of her going potty.
