At least he did not drop out. Regardless of whether he started school late or was left back once or twice( do they do that anymore)

Is he here legally?

I’m not sure about New York, but here in Wisconsin, they allow special education students to attend up to age 21.

Sure but not to worry he’s already a freshman.

Thousands more will pile on the lawsuit gravy train.

I live near Louisville, Ky last week the local news channel reported a fender bender involving a small car and a school bus full of elementary age children in Louisville’s West End projects. 23 Children were on that bus. 23 Children were taken to area emergency rooms complaining of injuries. They are trained for this from birth. The only free handout they wont accept is an education.

Children can't refuse treatment or transport. I wouldn't consider a bus driver to be a legal guardian for purposes of making medical decisions for each child.

I don’t know, seems Spike Lee should have to foot some of the bill for any damages...the way he was trying to keep “whitey” from moving in and improving the neighborhood as “whitey” typically does.
