Guess you'll need one of these when visiting Hungary. I used to use this in parts of the world where people got REALLY upset if you took their picture without permission. People would give me some really hard stares which scared me enough to quit using it.
Didn’t read the full article, but this caught my eye.
“prohibited the *publication* of images without consent” So it would be a different issue from someone being personally offended by the taking of a photo.
