Time to pick your poison, Democrats. Patch the boat by dumping ObamaCare and Obama - or ride this puppy to the bottom of the ocean. It's your choice.
According to the Wall Street Journal, President Obama's brigade of buffoons running his signature healthcare bill has waived the penalty for not buying health insurance.
Yes, you read that right. The individual mandate, which we were told by Obama was the key to making the whole thing work, has been dropped out of ObamaCare until 2016.
The decision "has received zero media notice," and was buried in a paragraph and footnote in a seven-page technical bulletin which is about something else altogether. This guilty furtiveness is understandable since all along we've been told that the individual mandate is the indispensable, non-negotiable lynchpin of the whole deal.
In essence, we were told that without the boot-on-the-neck force of the United States government, the thing wouldn't work at all.
John Roberts, who rewrote this misbegotten bill from the bench to call the mandate a "tax" instead of a "penalty," was apparently unavailable for comment on this latest development.
Roberts sacrificed his judicial integrity, his legal reputation and his legacy to give Obama his law by shredding the Constitution, and now Obama has told him in effect he did it all for nothing. -

Removal from Office by the US Senate can ONLY be accomplished AFTER a Chief Executive is Impeached by the US House of Representatives.
The House is analogous to the Police, and the Senate is analogous the Judge and Jury.
First the House must Impeach Obama.
Then the Senate determines if the Impeached Obama should be removed from office.
Most FReepers fall in the all or nothing camp, and only want to consider a clear path to Removal from Office.
Our Constitution makes it very clear: Impeach first by the House, and then have the Senate decide on Removal.
The objective is to punish Obama for his many violations of his sacred oath to defend the US Constitution.
Although bi-weekly Impeachments for at least a year of B. Hussein Obama would be required to punish him for all of his Constitutional violations over the last 5 years, just one Impeachment is an achievable goal in the summer of 2014.
Obama’s Removal from Office by the US Senate would be good for America, but unlikely before 2015 as Reid’s US Senate has not yet demonstrated any interest in what is good for America.
Since the RINOs now have control of the US House of Representatives in 2014, then 2014 is the last year that we can be certain that Obama could be Impeached.
The RINOs assume that they will maintain control of the US House, but their usual desire to lose to Democrats is so strong, that their assumption may not be a valid one.
Thus, a reasonable plan to Remove Obama from Office would be to Impeach Obama in the Summer of 2014, hold that Impeachment during the Autumn Election Campaign, and then send the completed Impeachment of Obama to the US Senate in 2015 one week after the newly elected Republican Senators are sworn in.
The Republicans would then have a clear National Voter Referendum on what the voter loyalty is towards Obama and his past Five Year Plan:
“IF YOU DON’T LIKE WHAT OBAMA HAS DONE IN THE LAST 5 YEARS TO “FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” THEN VOTE FOR YOUR REPUBLICAN SENATOR AND HOUSE REPRESENTATIVE.”
As Speaker Newt Gingrich proved to us with his “Contract With America:” Republicans win when they actively campaign on the basic Republican truth that “All Politics are National.”
Thus, the 2014 Republican Candidates for House and Senate would have the assured Removal from Office of Obama as another excellent reason to vote a straight Republican ticket, in addition to the other Campaign issues such as Obamacare, Benghazi, IRS, NSA, and all of the other Obama Scandals.
Hopefully, the Democrats and the Left Stream Media will accuse the RINOs of “using the blame game by playing politics to use the Obama “phony” scandals as a political football to quiet their extremist TEA Party base by trying to Impeach the first Nobel Peace Prize wining Commander in Chief.”
Come to think of it, their comments are EXACTLY what our Founding Fathers would have expected from supporters of those who are undergoing Constitutional Checks and Balances.

Trey Gowdy, (or another strong Republican), should be the new Speaker, and then Obama could be easily Impeached in the American Summer of 2014 while the RINOs still have control of the House, and the elections are not yet completed.

Democrats never intended for Obama Care to work. They knew they were incapable of running anything that large, and they knew Republicans were aware of their incompetence. Democrats were sure Republicans would stop them, thus relieving them of the responsibility of running something they were incapable of running in the first place but leaving them with the issue. What they didn’t realize was that Republicans have become just as incompetent as are Democrats.
Never forget that Democrats are Communists and Communists are ends justify the means liars. Democrats are masters of the lie, the double deal, the scam, the hustle, the rigged election, and any trick they can use to stay in power, but they aren’t capable of running a legitimate business enterprise such as our country’s health care system and they know it.
When Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and Barry Soetoro passed Obama Care, they knew it was not only unworkable but it was unconstitutional and the Supreme Court would stop it, leaving the Democrats with the issue (“We tried to provide every American with affordable health care, and the mean old Republicans stopped us”). In the meantime, the Democrats rewarded loyal Democrats with over a billion dollars (exact amount as yet unknown) in contracts for a website that was never intended to come to fruition. They certainly didn’t expect John Roberts’ Supreme Court to leave them with the responsibility and not the issue.
This Republican halted health care issue was the one the Democrats intended to use to rally their base for the 2012 election and without it had to use the Trayvon Martin shooting instead. “If I had a son,” and a few rigged elections barely pulled it off for them in 2012, but they were also counting on the ACA issue for 2014 and 2016, so now what are they going to use to rally their base? Not to worry, they’ll come up with something that’ll infuriate their “low information” electorate.
No, John Roberts didn’t do the Democrats a favor when he didn’t give them an “issue” but instead gave them the responsibility for doing something they were incapable of ever doing and never intended to do in the first place.
But what do I know? I’m just a tax payer.

Not seeing an issue. If he warrants them, and he does, it is the job of Bhoner and Co to do it. As many as needed. Daily if it comes to it. Hourly in rotation.
The senate can do what it wants. But the job of The house does not have a clause for electorial concerns’ or ‘party well being’.

According to bill O’reilly tonight “it’s over, Obamacare is done”. This, on account of the “hardship provision” which means anyone who wants to say “it’s too hard” to get Obamacare isn’t going to be penalized.
Maybe valid, maybe not, but the truth is, the more Democrats run from it, the more extensions are given, the weaker the law becomes. They have another set of choices:
Enforce Obamacare or allow it to fall into disarray, unenforceable and ignored.
