So the prime minister of Crimea has a sense of humor — and he unleashed it at the White House on Monday, sending out a mocking Photoshopped photograph of President Obama wearing a Russian military uniform.
And the accompanying translated text — take or leave a couple of pronouns — that’s attributed from Sergey Aksyonov, as reported by The Huffington Post: “Interestingly, after the success of the company in returning Crimea, Barack is getting the rank of colonel?”
The mocking comes as the vast majority of Crimeans voted to join Russia. The White House, which is in strong opposition of the vote, issued sanctions on Monday.

Russian uniform with medals for Obama. Come now medals for a doofus. Please photoshop them out. Would have been better to utilize a photoshop of Obama as a Czar to mock him, we know what happened to the Czars - gone.
Next the Russian PM will say to Obama:
“You didn’t earn those ribbons”.

The second, which would fit well with some crazy (maybe not so crazy) rants that Obama was a secret Soviet agent, is to show in a tongue-in-cheek way that Obama is 'theirs.' The Manchurian Candidate revealed.

I don’t think that is a Russian army uniform possibly a KGB/FSB uniform ,possibly a Russian cop uniform.
