Apparently, judging by this thread, it is also never without meaningless cliches. The fight for freedom may truly never be without tombstones, but successful fights for freedom also have to be accompanied by rational and reality-based decision making.

Decisions which are made by the people actually THERE, on the ground, on the scene, whose lives will be immediately impacted.
