Her husband still works...sort of.

After his stint on “Andromeda” ended, he’s not done too much, but he has acted in several ‘Christian’ or ‘highly moral’ films. In fact, he has one coming up called “God’s Not Dead” (which also has a cameo from Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson and his wife). He plays a college philosophy professor who challenges a Christian freshman’s belief in God.

There seems to be a small cadre of formerly mainstream actors who are churning out low-budget Christian movies. These include Kevin Sorbo, Dean Cain, Bruce Davison, Jacqueline Bisset, Candace Cameron Bure (from Full House) and others.

These flicks are generally quite gentle and predictable, but at least my entire family can watch them together. Not so with most of the "cutting edge" Hollywood trash.

He is also currently working on another film tentatively named the Secret Handshake. We spent Saturday night being extras for the filming.
