Slovenia rewarded Germany and France in 1991 by allowing their navies access to Slovene ports.
Access does not equal a grant of territory.

The Putinistas are waiting with baited breath for Putin to bomb Kiev as payback for Belgrade/Kosovo/whatever. Sad to see some people treating this like a spectator sport. Sad to see those sentiments on FR. This is real and there is a strong likelihood that a lot of people are about to die in Ukraine.
