And being driven out of town in no way constitutes a resignation, anymore than when the British burned down Washington and the US government had to flee did it mean they had resigned.
Tell that to the Parliament, which removed him.
Until the proper method for removing him from office has been completely followed he is still the acting commander n chief of the Ukraine armed forces.
The Parliament of Ukraine sees it much differently. And the armed forces do not accept him as the Commander in Chief. He has no authority.

and then give me a link to the article that states that the proper constitutional method has been followed in full to remove a sitting prime minister.
and after you cant find either (which you wont) you will then know that technically he is still the Prime Minister, and his orders must be followed by the military under his direct command.
