Kathleen was present at a town hall meeting in Louisiana during the run-up to the Obamacare vote. I recall seeing a thread here about how she was stunned (and looked more than a little bit scared) by the vehement opposition. That was a very early town hall meeting, so the SEIU troops had not yet been mobilized.

I hope Louisiana reminds Frau Sebelius that six out of every ten Americans would like to see her innards wound around a stick.
