Kerry has destoyed what little respect he might have had left. Nobody in Israel trusts anything that comes out of his or anybody in this administration’s mouth.
He merely gave voice to what everyone over there is thinking. So they apologized? Big deal.
Bet they did it on purpose to derail something that was being planned. Watch, bet he or someone else in the administration gets more abuse within a week.
I think you’re absolutely right, they are probably looking forward to the next election just as much as us.
