He should run on the democrat ticket. After all, he is moving in that direction.

BS. He’s very conservative. Some don’t really understand conservatism.

And I believe he has the best chance to win.

No he is not moving in the Dem direction, not at all. He is advocating freedom which neither the dems or the pubbies have high on their agenda.

Seriously, I don't think he is. He is Libertarian to a fault. He is an Isolationist. He is a lessez faire capitalist. Those positions are a far cry from the Neo-Socialism espoused by the Democrats.

I think he would necessarily be different on Religion, Abortion, and Marriage because Libertarians just don't seem to care. Also, he is a strict constitutionalist. -At least as far as I can tell.

Was that a rainbow belt he was wearing at Berkely?

Moving in that direction? Really? No, that would be the GOP you’re thinking of.

Yep! While I don't agree with everything Rand Paul has to say, I find it refreshing that young people are applauding him and not, say, Chelsea Clinton. There might be some hope for the country yet.

Silly me, I didn't know amnesty for illegals was "conservative". Can you pass me some of your Rand Kool Aid?

Conservative is getting Chinless reelected to keep the Senate liberal in case the Republicans ever win it. Got it.

Redundant phrase of the year.

He’s none of that, he’s a “Player.” He does what he has to to forward his career. He doesn’t really have principles to anchor him. 35 years from now he’s McCain.

Amnesty, boosting McConnell in a key primary election, telling social conservatives to shut up and sit down. Yes, he is very conservative.

1. He’s for amnesty.
2. He’s for going softer on “social issues” (while we have a >40% illegitimacy rate, homosexual marriage and mass child killing).
3. He’s now sounding like a foreign interventionist (no thanks!)

He’s crossed himself off my list.

And I believe he has the best chance to win.

He is going to win all the independents, moderates, and some democrats and cruise to a landslide victory, just like we did in 2012.

Well, you're more right then you realize.

Rand Paul doesn't really understand conservatism either, what with his:

1. Amnesty Plan
2. Social issues have to take a back seat policy position.

I am 100% pro-life. I believe life begins at conception and that abortion takes the life of an innocent human being. It is the duty of our government to protect this life as a right guaranteed under the Constitution. For this reason, I introduced S. 583, the Life at Conception Act on March 14, 2013. This bill would extend the Constitutional protection of life to the unborn from the time of conception.

but then he says

Republicans should “agree to disagree” about social issues, including abortion.

Color me confused.
