This is truly hilarious because I saw this story on the Daily Beast yesterday. I guess the Washington Post considers the beast to be a reliable source :) of factual information to be plundered without attribution. What is truly laughable is that to be banned from entry to Russia by Putin is like being banned from entering Hell by Satan.
