Mario ? Shows that have him, well we FF through his cooking segment. He always adds some exotic ingredient no one has ever heard of or waaay too expensive to get.

When I see Joe on “Master Chef” he cracks me up. I’m sure some of that is staged. This issue appears to be more about the Bastianich owned vinyards in Italy and less to do with Mario.
