This is not exactly the language of traditional racism, but in an avalanche of blogs, student discourse, campus theater and academic papers, they all reflect the murky terrain of the social justice word du jour — microaggressions — used to describe the subtle ways that racial, ethnic, gender and other stereotypes can play out painfully in an increasingly diverse culture.
On a Facebook page called “Brown University Micro/Aggressions” a “dark-skinned black person” describes feeling alienated from conversations about racism on campus. A digital photo project run by a Fordham University student about “racial microaggressions” features minority students holding up signs with comments like “You’re really pretty … for a dark-skin girl.” The “St. Olaf Microaggressions” blog includes a letter asking David R. Anderson, the college’s president, to address “all of the incidents and microaggressions that go unreported on a daily basis.”

As an employer, I’ve always hired folks for their skills and character, uncaring about irrelevant personal attributes. Over the years, I’ve hired plenty of black folks. I don’t know how many. Never took a count. I’ve had more than one tell me, after some time, that they’d come to like me and think well of me, and that, “You’re okay for a white guy.”
First they loudly laud the “Tossed salad instead of the dreaded Melting Pot”. “We’re not just individuals, we’re ethnic groups...”
And you roll your eyes. But then finally you just throw up your hands and accept it:
Then they scream about how you RECOGNIZE the different groups, and how THAT is bad.
The point is they’ll scream one way or another.
So who cares?

I just finished watching _Frozen_ again. The popular line fits this thread: “Let it go, let it go...”
The problem is that the Perpetual Grievance Industry cannot let it go. They need a constant state of outrage or grievance in order to maintain the cushy positions.
“Anti-racism” is nothing but a fraud, nothing but anti-white.

No, no, no! That definition is incorrect!
A "microaggression" is simply something a minority doesn't like. It's a way to turn EVERYTHING into a grievance. And notice the "aggression" part; it implies a level of violence is being directed against the "victim." All the better to get everybody all riled up.
A class is scheduled too early, or maybe it's scheduled too late. That's a microaggression! And the administration had better change things fast!

That’s right, wallow in that racial grievance....roll in it....lather it aaaalllll the way up to your chin and then take a big nosedive in and SWIM in it.
They can shove their “microaggressions.” I’m more concerned about black punks’ macroagressions that leave whitey bleeding or dead in the street.
